When You Register . . .
- You'll receive the Celebration of Smiles Marketing Guide that takes you step-by-step through how to market, prepare for and execute your promotion.
- You'll have access to downloadable promotional elements and materials to help you market to your clients and prospects.
- Your studio information and website link will be placed on the www.celebrationofsmiles.com consumer website.
- Starting in March, you’ll receive weekly “countdown” emails so you’ll stay on track with marketing and operating your promotion.

Celebration of Smiles is a nationwide fundraiser for Operation Smile that is made possible by members of Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and presented by PPA Charities in cooperation with Marathon Press. The “Celebration” promotion will take place on April 6, 2013, or you can choose another day in April if it is more convenient for you.The marketing message you'll be sending to your clients and prospects:
Celebrate the Most Important Smiles in Your Life!
- For a minimum donation of $24, participants receive the gift of a portrait mini-session and a desk-size portrait created by a participating member of Professional Photographers of America.
- 100% of each donation goes to support the work of Operation Smile, which provides free surgeries to repair cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities for children around the world. Because the medical and support staff of Operation Smile volunteer their services, it costs as little as $240 to perform a routine surgery.
For every 10 sessions you photograph during the Celebrations of Smiles promotion, a precious child will receive the life-changing gift of surgery.

Taking part in PPACH's Celebration of Smiles will allow you to:- Gain the personal satisfaction of standing together with like-minded professionals to make the world a better place through your art.
- Establish your business as one that chooses to benefit a very appealing charity. Many well-qualified consumers prefer to do business with those who care about others.

- As a participating studio, your business name and contact information will appear on the PPACharities consumer website: www.celebrationofsmiles.com.
- When you achieve a $240 donation through the promotion or through your own personal contribution, you will gain the distinction of being an "Operation Smile Studio" for the remainder of the calendar year.
- For each $240 donation you make to PPA Charities on behalf of Operation Smile in 2012, you will be entered into a drawing for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to photograph an Operation Smile mission. The drawing will take place on January 11, 2014, at the annual PPA Charities Celebration Gala in Phoenix, the evening before the start of PPA's Imaging USA national convention.

named Operation Smile as its charitable partner. A perfect fit for photographers, whose daily business is creating smiles for their clients, Operation Smile's mission is repairing childhood facial deformities including cleft lips and cleft palates.
